Our phone-a-friend program is designed for older adults in Acadia Parish who live alone, who don't have family near or those who are disabled.
Our volunteer group of ladies make phone calls twice weekly to elders to simply check in; add your loved one to our list!
If a call is unsuccessful, our dispatchers will send a Deputy to your loved ones home for a welfare check.
